As a current registered labor and delivery and postpartum nurse Rachael has seen firsthand how beneficial a yoga practice can be to strengthen the body mind and spirit of pregnant mamas. Join Rachael for an empowering prenatal yoga practice that will help build strength, flexibility, increase energy, improve circulation and reduce pregnancy discomfort. Through breath work, yoga postures and mindfulness she will create space for your growing baby and prepare for birth and motherhood. This class is open to all pregnant mamas weather this is your first yoga class or you are an experience practitioner.

Alex Valdes- Yoga/Sound Bowls
Sunny was born and raised in Placerville. She has been practicing Yoga since she was 17 years old. Yoga has always been that place where she has found solace and balance in her life. Since discovering Yoga, it has been Sunny's lifelong dream to own a yoga studio where she could share her love and passion with others. She has been teaching yoga for six years. Her favorite style of Yoga is Sivananda- with a combination of deep meditation, easy flow and strengthening poses.
